Chapter Five

Waiting for Bonnie made Pierce ready to climb the walls. She had a temper and a very strong will.

“Relax, she’ll understand the need for protection once she calms down. The important thing is she stood up for us,” Adonis said.

Zane sat next to Adonis on the couch in Bonnie’s quarters and elbowed him. “Like she’d give us up. Hastings thinks he controls everything, but he set this all into motion, intended or not.”

“He can pull the plug if he absolutely wanted to, don’t forget. Ship us away like he did to those other aliens.” Pierce cracked his knuckles.

“They were adults when they turned up here; we were raised by the military. Our experiences make us human as most people.” Zane shrugged.

Bonnie burst in and threw her phone at the empty part of the couch.

Pierce grabbed her and pulled her in. “Don’t let him get to you.” He kissed her and got shoved back instead.

He stepped back. “What’s wrong?”

“You three lied to me. We talked in college about my dad. About how much he annoyed me with secrets and power crap. All that time you knew him,” she accused.

Pierce felt the conversation going a bad direction. “We had to keep all that quiet. Our alien nature. Our background. We were given cover stories and enrolled like regular students.”

“We fit in. We got good grades and did our job.” Adonis moved in behind her and stroked her hair. “We didn’t want to hurt or deceive you. We just couldn’t resist you.”

“Right.” Bonnie pouted.

Zane walked up and kissed her. “Believe it. We knew we could get in serious trouble if the military found out. We found the woman we were looking for. That’s hard to deny. Leaving you after college killed us, but we couldn’t bring you here. It all would’ve blown up, and you had plans.”

Bonnie relaxed against Pierce. “I wasn’t just convenient because you had to be around me? Three men were perfect rebellion and great sex.”

“Falling for you wasn’t convenient or easy to resist. It’s not really rebelling if your dad didn’t know. We fell in love with you, and you fell in love with us. You don’t have group sex with just anyone, do you?”

She blushed. “No, that was special with you guys. I felt wild. He kept such a tight grip on me all my life. And I had no siblings to share the misery with. My mom was always right there, like I’d run away or get pregnant. Overprotective and not just for safety.”

“We’re plenty of protection so you’re safe. And in Dreamland, there’s nothing to fear.” Zane kissed her again.

“Except the aliens. You must be so conflicted.” She tugged on Pierce’s shirt.

“Conflicted? We’ve been here since we were young. It’s home. The Keelon world isn’t for us. We don’t want to go back. So there’s no conflict.” Adonis worked on removing her clothes.

Pierce’s cock grew as the desire filled him. They had her, and there was a chance they could keep her. Somehow, he’d find a way.
